2) Palming – Palming helps in relaxing tired and strained eyes. If you spend long hours in front of digital screens, palming will offer you quick relief. Warm your hands by simply rubbing them. As your hands warm up, you can place them on your eyes. Relax and keep your eyes covered for 10 seconds. Do this 3-4 times in a day.
